Cancellation Policy
- Appointments once confirmed and payment successfully made cannot be cancelled by the patient except under exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergency, doctor unavailability).
- If cancellation is required, the patient must inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment via email aitpltd25@gmail.com or Phone 9945706633
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be considered if cancellation is initiated by the Centre (e.g. inability to provide service) or under exceptional, verifiable circumstances.
- For payments made via online methods (card, net-banking), refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
- We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 working days.
Exceptions
- No refund will be issued for “no-show” or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- Any diagnostic tests or services already provided are non-refundable.
